About the role

TrueNorth is staffing a high-acuity MICU/SICU float pool at a 780-bed academic medical center in Los Angeles. Expect the full academic case mix — CRRT, complex vents, post-surgical recoveries — with resident and fellow coverage in-house 24/7. California ratio law applies: 2:1, enforced.

This is a confirmed night contract with guaranteed hours and no mandatory call. Two years of recent ICU experience and CRRT competency get you to the top of the submission list; the manager is interviewing within 48 hours of submittal.
